​Ann Brownfield Meara,

Ann is a creative soul and Certified Yoga Therapist with more than 12 years in the field of adaptive, goal centered practice.

A member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, Ann is one of the first recognized by the organization as a seasoned professional in the field.

A graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and pioneer Harriet Wadeson's N.U. based certificate program in art therapy, Ann is also a creative teaching artist and writer.

She also draws from modalities such as mantra, yantra and tarka (sound, symbol, writing/reflection) to enhance her yoga and meditation teachings.

Ann is a Yoga Swami, longtime meditator and joyful practitioner of Kriya and Karma Yoga.
